The room was reasonably spacious and updated with a gorgeous view of the canal. The location couldn't be more stunning and super in Academia area about a 15 minute walk from San Marco. We appreciated it and would stay here again and again.

I booked a room with a super bed, TV, a mini-fridge-bar, and coffee and tea making equipment. The breakfast was plentiful with stunning view on Canal Grande.

It's an intimate trendy boutique hotel nestled in an elegant style building. The staff are superfriendly and the location is stunning and incredible next to a stop for the water bus. And it's just next door to the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto as well as a private water taxi. Perfect service, the breakfast was tasty and plentiful and they have private parking if needed. Every time in Venice, I choose this place.

The room in tasteful venetian style. Particularly good central location very close to a church converted to an interesting “ museum ” housing models of Da Vinci's brilliant inventions, a vaporetto stop at the front entrance, and water transportation and academia bridge. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Dorsoduro district.

I had an amazing stay at a charming building with amazing views. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, and the interior charm of Venetian architecture was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and professional, and the complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options. The only drawback was the cold eggs on the buffet line. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
